ONE LOVE - ABRUPT CLIMATE CHANGE SAFE AND SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES FOR "ABRUPT CLIMATE CHANGE REFUGEES"
I HAVE A DREAM!
Summary and Authors note: This is a concept piece only, and not a solicitation for funding for this idea. The purpose of this "One Love: Abrupt Climate Change Safe and Sustainable Communities for Abrupt Climate Change Refugees" proposal is to refine the idea sufficiently to be able to "success test" the idea, sending it to key people to see if there may be sufficient interest in the venture to give it a go! I pray there is! But only time will tell. Time, I argue, is on our side, as the longer it takes, the likely need for the idea should become more obvious, as signs of abrupt climate change accelerate, even faster than the last three years (2016-2018), rising ever faster (the second derivative of the rate of change is positive and increasing), same will be true for sea levels rise, and with the number and severity of storms, rising ultimately to super storms status.

ONE LOVE: Abrupt Climate Change Safe and Sustainable Communities for Abrupt Climate Change Refugees
I want to leave the details open, as one of the first suggested tasks is to do a study on - what strategies and tasks will be most valuable to pursue, given the available resources, and potential resources, such as a potential relationship with Thomson Safaris. However, here is my suggested outline and personal vision.
The two videos above, "Living At The Edge of Climate Change," and "Poorest Countries Most Affected by Extreme Weather, but they Did NOT Do Anything to Create It," highlight the very URGENT NEEDS in Tanzania and Africa, especially after the Devastating Drought in 2018, and the Worst SUPER STORM in the History of The Southern Hemisphere, SUPER STORM CYCLONE IDAI, have struck Africa!
A Bit About Me: I have helped hundreds of companies along with a few non-profits, with visioning, and creating strategic plans, so I have extensive work in advancing this proposal, at the University of Utah, Graduate Business School, SBDC, in a High Technology Development Program, as the primary person helping Utah's top companies and nonprofits, expand globally, and obtain venture capital and strategic partner financing. Also, as a Partner, in Management Perspectives Group, a strategic planning consulting firm, headed by Craig Hickman, author of the National Best-Seller, "Creating Excellence," I helped companies develop and implement strategic plans. So I can very effectively advance this proposal, various versions of which are on The Only Solutions page, and throughout this site.
Attached above is a newsletter I wrote (click on Download File above), when I was trying to get two Non-Profits going, "Disappearing Wonders of The UnderSea World of Jacques Cousteau," and the "Disappearing Wonders of The Wilderness World of John Muir," and was when I wanted to do non-profit consulting. This company and its services have been closed and are NOT operating as such, and it is NOT offering any services. The Newsletter is titled "Living Giving Networks," and overviews my management paradigm for Non-Profits, and "Healthy Competitive Organizations." Along with 40 years of strategic analysis and management, my education includes: my Master's which is from the University of Utah (UofU) in Financial Economics and Strategic Analysis Management and Forecasting, Economic Demography focused at Over Population Analysis and Strategies, along with three of the five courses for the Non-Profit Management Certificate online from University of Illinois, Chicago.

1. Identify the Needs and Objectives
A. CRITICAL NEEDS: The two videos above provide very VISUAL PROOF of the ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL NEEDS, facing Tanzania and Africa:
NEED 1: HORRIFIC DROUGHTS - LIVING AT THE EDGE OF CLIMATE CHANGE: When we were driving around Tanzania, I noticed that the corn stalks were standing dead, without any cornhusks. I asked what caused this to Mustafa, our Amazing Guide with Thomson Safaris, and he said that they only had 1 month of rain in the spring, versus 3 months. Instead of rain from March, through May, it only rained in April. I asked what the families would do. He said that they would harvest the stalks and use this for food for their cattle. However, they will have to sell their cattle, to buy needed corn meal, to live on. How long can they last doing this? I asked Mustafa. He said, not very long.
This was when I called the beginning of "Hot House Earth," June 2018, and argued it started with the Horrific Drought in Tanzania in the Spring of 2018! Hot House Earth Burned up Africa, Germany, Portugal, Spain, California, Canada, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Siberia and a Whole Host of Other Locations Globally in 2018! Think that was bad, the HORRORS WILL grow rapidly! The time to act is NOW!
Dr. Guy McPherson, the Father of Abrupt Climate Change, is where I have learned about how rapidly the world can go from sustaining 7.7 billion people, most barely. To a world of starvation and death. I have a suspicion that I could talk Guy into become a very important part of the Abrupt Climate Change Center, and ONE LOVE. His expertise, not only in Abrupt Climate Change, and how it may affect Africa and The Globe, but also, as a Certified Grief Counselor, would be absolutely very valuable! I will see him in April, but will see you tomorrow!
There is a CRITICAL NEED in Tanzania, to develop ONE LOVE: Sustainable and Safe Communities, NOW! Jane documented how badly the chimps reacted to the lack of food. The Two Videos above, highlight the CURRENT CRISIS, it will grow exponentially by 2025 in Africa, and it will be across the Globe by 2025!

The problem that Jane faced with the Chimps when there was NOT enough food, horrific chaos, and horrific killings and torture, are what Africa and The Globe are facing by 2025! It is either get ahead of the Coming "HELL OF HELLS" on EARTH! OR, IT WILL BE THE "HELL OF ALL HELLS" ON EARTH BY 2025!
Combining the Resources of The Jane Goodall Institute, The Venus Project, Democracy NOW!, Major Universities Globally, potentially Thomson Safaris, etc., we can very rapidly make ONE LOVE into "CRITICAL ONE LOVE BASE Communities," in Tanzania, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe, to refine the designs, quickly, and act as training, medical and critical needs, Community Needs Centers. Community Living Camps, would be built out from these base camps, with sufficient funding, as rapidly as money allowed.

B. PROPOSED SOLUTION TO THE TWO CRITICAL "ABRUPT CLIMATE CHANGE" DRIVEN NEEDS IN TANZANIA AND AFRICA:
ONE LOVE: Abrupt Climate Change Safe and Sustainable Communities providing A Humane Path Home, for Abrupt Climate Change Refugees
Proposed Structures: Octagonal Domes structures, easy assemble, extremely strong and with flexible floors, low cost. I actually assisted a client with a "Quick Set Up" version for Hurricane relief of what I have envisioned, due to their designs and my work with them. So A Universally Adaptable Octagonal Community, with Food Growing and Storage, Community Living Pods, Community Eating Pods, Operational and Utility Pods, etc. Is what I have envisioned, with as few parts, and few tools as possible needed, highly durable, Extreme Weather durable, flood, tropical cyclone / hurricane / typhoon of enormous power sustainable, modified for cultural and geographic needs, and abrupt climate change trends.
I was CFO/COO of a Specialty Parts Manufacturer for the Auto Parts Industries in Detroit, MI area out of college. I was hired to help turn the company around, and developed the Turn Around Strategic Plan for the company, and presented it to the court. I also negotiated all of the secured and unsecured creditor payment reductions and agreements. I designed a complete computerized quality control system for the company, along with a Complete Job Enrichment Program, with all job tasks, timing and tracking on a major board, for easy access. The Company developed strategic relationships with Asia manufacturing, which literally allowed the firm to import finished parts, at less than the cost of the raw steel! The Judge complimented me, stating that it was the best reorganization plan he had seen.
My family is from, and currently, lives in this area. My brother and his best friend could head up the manufacturing of ONE LOVE Communities in the Detroit, Windsor area, and I am very familiar with University of Michigan, and Northern Michigan schools, to advance ONE LOVE: Great Lakes, Now, while it is easily feasible. I anticipate a strategic ONE LOVE Thunder Bay Canada / US, and ONE LOVE UofM Ann Arbor, and ONE LOVE University of Toronto, ONE LOVE Nordic Countries, ONE LOVE New Zealand, and ONE LOVE Australia, as a major locations, for many strategic reasons.
I have written a great deal about ONE LOVE over the years on this site, having thought of the idea in April 2017, at Iberostar in Montego Bay, Jamaica, just before I called, "The Clathrate Gun Firing," "The Start of The Siberian Methane Release Diven Feedback Loop," and "The Beginning of The ERA of THE SUPER STORMS," July and August, 2017, respectfully. These extensive writings, proposals and ideas are primarily on The ONLY SOLUTIONS page, and the Conclusions pages. I will bring this information into the formal proposal, if Jane sees the vision, and if she can Run with the ONE LOVE Vision!
The two primary versions of these ONE LOVE communities are needed NOW, one due to Horrific Droughts in Tanzania, and the other due to Devastating SUPER STORMS, in Mozambique and Zimbabwe!

ONE LOVE: The Original Outline
I hope One Love can achieve the dreams of creating relatively "Sustainable Safe Havens," specialized in growing God's Miracle Drug(TM) and crafting paraphernalia; growing food in challenging areas; developing sea food hatcheries, farms and sanctuaries; and providing shelter for safety from rising sea levels, future super storms, and related climate and over population driven "hell on earth!"
The Canadian North American Headquarters for "One Love," is proposed to be the "Sustainable Safe Haven" on the shores of Lake Superior to house primarily indigenous Canadians, the GTLBX community, and immigrants from the islands, other disadvantaged groups may be allowed, based on a community vote. However, these are the primary target segments initially. The larger, the better, but focus initially, is critical. This facility will be the primary manufacturing facility for "One Love Pods," and the related linking component parts. The cannabis, food and other operational facilities will be housed in "One Love Pods," and all will be linked with living quarters pods. This will facilitate long-term living in very extreme conditions. The "Island Sustainable Safe Havens" are likely to take some type of pie shape, with the center at the top of the island main hill, and the base of the pie, a sea wall that is leeward to likely future super storms, that becomes a sea food sanctuary, and can be raised up to 100 feet plus. The walls along the pie going to the top of the hill will be deflectors, to deflect super storm winds away from the pods.
The logic is to develop the "Canadian One Love Safe Haven" and facilities first, "Canada One Love," for short, get them profitable and the concept and operations refined, and then develop "Jamaican One Love," followed by the "Haiti One Love." Easier to start with the areas of least problems, refine the design, and ultimately, enter Haiti, with its extreme political challenges. However, our sponsored girl, Woodeline, and boy, Olando, are from Haiti, and I already know who I want for the Haiti One Love Team! So Haiti is a big goal, but refining the idea, and getting it going with less challenges, will help us expand to Haiti, with greater success and a refined idea, for an extreme environment. The prayer is that I can get this dream to the point where I can launch this worthy venture, or to the point where I hand it off to an individual or group that can run with the idea.
My primary prayer is that something like this is successful, I have a dream that it will be "One Love: God's Miracle Drug Specialists(TM) for the benefit of climate refugees." I have a dream!
I have a dream, Dr. King shared (click for speech), of a world where Negro slaves would be freed, and all people would be equal, as they are in God's eyes. He, and his dream, may have had more to do with changing the plight of slaves, than any other force.
I have had many nightmares since 1980 of a world ravaged by the insatiable, insane, evil greed of the world's Evil Money Monsters, Money Sluts and their Legions of Brainwashed and Brain Dead Lunatic supporters (EMM&MS&LL for short). These started when I sat in a year-long doctoral symposium in political economics as a sophomore at the University of Utah, this is a course essentially on how the EMM&MS&LL are insuring the death of billions and billions for their billions and billions. This was the same year I took a graduate symposium in economic demography, under a visiting professor from Stanford University, where my focus was on global aging and "The Limits to Growth!" The Limits to Growth of the world's population, global aging and political economics, applied to business and investment strategy, have been the primary focus of my career. Political economics, or the interests of the oil and war lords, what I call the Fossil Fuel MIC/WS (Military Industrial Complex, Wall Street) Kleptocratic Misogynist Bigoted Homophobe Transphobe Corporate Mercenary Controlled Fascist Racists, I argue, are the primary driving force to the global threat of abrupt climate change and over population, and why "It Is THE END!" I have had many difficult nights since starting this work in 1980, laying awake thinking of how I might stop the trashing of God's billions of people, trillions of species and amazing planet, for the insane greed of the billionaires - The Evil Money Monsters, Money Sluts and their Legions of Brainwashed and Brain Dead Lunatic Supporters (EMM&MS&LL for short)!
This dream that I had last week (4/19/17), I hope is the one that may actually come true - I hope - I pray please please please please!! As I believe it is now too late to save our species from extinction, those more fortunate can at least try to make the impending "hell on earth" less horrific for the least fortunate. "One Love God's Miracle Drug Specialists(TM) is all about this dream!
The rest of my work on this site is about explaining Why "It Is THE END" (see the page by this title); tracking the stage of advancement in abrupt climate change and over population (see Time Line, which is still being developed and needs revision), and the advancement of the sciences of climate change, over population, political economics, global aging, and the deflation of the global asset bubbles (see the page titled the current year 2017, 2016 was the first year), and how these Critical Driving Forces (see page by this title) are affecting "It Is THE END," and how to prepare your soul and yourselves for "It Is THE END!" (see the Spiritual Dimension and Planning Strategies pages). The Political Dimension page discusses my views on how political economic forces, those of the EMM&MS&LL, have in my opinion, insured that "It Is THE END," and why The Nordic Model was the only economic, political and social system that has succeeded on Planet Titanic in becoming sustainable. The Nordic Countries have, in my opinion, even achieved the much more difficult objective of becoming humane, and they are basically, the only countries to have achieved both sustainability and being humane to most of their people.
I have had a dream of how to mitigate these horrors of The Critical Driving Forces, notably climate change and over population, by creating a unique Peoples' Collective, non-profit venture (501(c)(3)), that I am calling "One Love - God's Miracle Drug Specialists(TM) to Help Climate Refugees!" With the massive advancements in the understanding of the multitude of amazing benefits of cannabis, including pain relief, and the host of benefits discussed in "Cannabis 101: An Introduction to Cannabinoids," including scientific proof that it is the only drug to cause cancer cells to kill themselves - without any significant negative side effects, and the ability of countries like Jamaica to grow this drug, and primarily, the repeal of the prohibition on cannabis in many states in the US, I argue that this has provided a unique venture opportunity.
One Love - God's Miracle Drug Specialists(TM) for the Benefit of Climate Refugees - I have a dream, which came to me smoking their excellent gift from God in Jamaica this week (4/19/17), is to create a People's Collective, through crowd funding, which specializes in growing cannabis that I have trade named - God's Miracle Drug(TM). The proceeds from selling God's Miracle Drug(TM), and related hand made paraphernalia, will be used to create relatively "safe havens" in Jamaica, then subsequent islands, Africa, etc., along with relatively "safe havens" in a place like the Canadian shores of Lake Superior and Lake Huron, New Zealand, Africa, etc., for Jamaican's and subsequent island people to migrate to, as their islands are destroyed by the ravages of climate change, over population, pollution, etc..

I have a dream, that through crowd funding of small amounts of money by the supporters of Bernie Sanders, Jill Stein, and enlightened and humane politics; potentially larger contributions by Elon Musk, The Gates Foundation, and other rich people that support reducing the coming "hell on earth," due to climate change and over population; potential funding by the climate and over population related scientists that have warned the world for over four decades now of the ravages of these massive extinction level risks; and by gifts from all of those that are concerned about the rapidly escalating climate and over population related horrors (sea level rise, super storms, etc.) now ravaging the islands and the world's low lying places, and scientifically we know for as certain as certain can be - super storms and massive sea level rise is just around the corner!!!! We can create a specialized company growing "God's Miracle Drug(TM)," to help fund a more humane future and humane ultimate demise of these people.
I have a dream, that "One Love God's Miracle Drug Specialists(TM)," will be a People's Collective, which is first established in US, as Jamaica still does not have legal cannabis. I have a dream that one of the leading producers of cannabis will provide managerial guidance, and hopefully funding, to establish a growing facility here in the US, likely next to their facilities, that will become the worldwide training center for "One Love," to train locals from these islands, Africa, etc. on how to develop and manage these cannabis growing facilities, to establish One Love as a viable and profitable venture, to better control the development of the collective, and the refinement of the design and other operational issues. I have a dream that Jamaica legalizes cannabis, and provides land and funding for facilities that will be constructed there. I have a dream that the Jamaican politicians will see this vision and provide significant support for "One Love." Prior to this time, Jamaican's will be trained in the US to run the facility in the US, preparing them to launch the Jamaican facility. If Jamaica does not legalize cannabis and provide support for this venture within two years of launching "One Love," then another island will be identified to launch this effort. The potential tax revenues from "One Love" should motivate Jamaica and other island nations, Africa, etc. to support "One Love," let alone the Love that they will be sharing with their people! I have a dream!
I have a dream that these proceeds will provide the funding to establish a "safe haven" on their island. My dream is to create a "piece of pie shaped region" (the protected area) on the island, with the tip of the pie near the top of the island, and the round bottom of the pie slice, being a sea wall, likely in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The bottom of the pie will be at the leeward side of the island, away from the likely direction of future super storms. Along the sides of the "slice of pie," will be wind deflectors, that help protect the facilities and island inhabitants during the coming super storms. In the protected area, will be One Love's cannabis and food growing facilities, water collection and waste facilities, renewable energy systems, medical facilities and living quarters. Cannabis will provide the most widely usable drug, with the least side effects, as the inhabitants are tortured and killed by the super storms and sea level rise, that is a result of the insatiable, insane and evil greed of the world's EMM&MS&LL! Plus, it will provide a potentially large income source, from which to develop these protected areas, and prepare for the coming "hell on earth," due to the EMM&MS&LL, mainly in the US, but around the world! I have a dream! I have a dream that Jamaica, and the other island people, African people, etc. embrace this future, and learn how to move into the protected areas, prior to the rise of the super storms, and that this will help them live out as decent of remaining lives, as they have remaining on Planet Titanic. I have a dream!

Summary and Authors note: This is a concept piece only, and not a solicitation for funding for this idea. The purpose of this "One Love: Abrupt Climate Change Safe and Sustainable Communities for Abrupt Climate Change Refugees" proposal is to refine the idea sufficiently to be able to "success test" the idea, sending it to key people to see if there may be sufficient interest in the venture to give it a go! I pray there is! But only time will tell. Time, I argue, is on our side, as the longer it takes, the likely need for the idea should become more obvious, as signs of abrupt climate change accelerate, even faster than the last three years (2016-2018), rising ever faster (the second derivative of the rate of change is positive and increasing), same will be true for sea levels rise, and with the number and severity of storms, rising ultimately to super storms status.

ONE LOVE: Abrupt Climate Change Safe and Sustainable Communities for Abrupt Climate Change Refugees
I want to leave the details open, as one of the first suggested tasks is to do a study on - what strategies and tasks will be most valuable to pursue, given the available resources, and potential resources, such as a potential relationship with Thomson Safaris. However, here is my suggested outline and personal vision.
The two videos above, "Living At The Edge of Climate Change," and "Poorest Countries Most Affected by Extreme Weather, but they Did NOT Do Anything to Create It," highlight the very URGENT NEEDS in Tanzania and Africa, especially after the Devastating Drought in 2018, and the Worst SUPER STORM in the History of The Southern Hemisphere, SUPER STORM CYCLONE IDAI, have struck Africa!
A Bit About Me: I have helped hundreds of companies along with a few non-profits, with visioning, and creating strategic plans, so I have extensive work in advancing this proposal, at the University of Utah, Graduate Business School, SBDC, in a High Technology Development Program, as the primary person helping Utah's top companies and nonprofits, expand globally, and obtain venture capital and strategic partner financing. Also, as a Partner, in Management Perspectives Group, a strategic planning consulting firm, headed by Craig Hickman, author of the National Best-Seller, "Creating Excellence," I helped companies develop and implement strategic plans. A. CRITICAL NEEDS: The two videos above provide very VISUAL PROOF of the ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL NEEDS, facing Tanzania and Africa:
NEED 1: HORRIFIC DROUGHTS - LIVING AT THE EDGE OF CLIMATE CHANGE: When we were driving around Tanzania, I noticed that the corn stalks were standing dead, without any cornhusks. I asked what caused this to Mustafa, our Amazing Guide with Thomson Safaris, and he said that they only had 1 month of rain in the spring, versus 3 months. Instead of rain from March, through May, it only rained in April. I asked what the families would do. He said that they would harvest the stalks and use this for food for their cattle. However, they will have to sell their cattle, to buy needed corn meal, to live on. How long can they last doing this? I asked Mustafa. He said, not very long.
This was when I called the beginning of "Hot House Earth," June 2018, and argued it started with the Horrific Drought in Tanzania in the Spring of 2018! Hot House Earth Burned up Africa, Germany, Portugal, Spain, California, Canada, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Siberia and a Whole Host of Other Locations Globally in 2018! Think that was bad, the HORRORS WILL grow rapidly! The time to act is NOW!
Dr. Guy McPherson, the Father of Abrupt Climate Change, is where I have learned about how rapidly the world can go from sustaining 7.7 billion people, most barely. To a world of starvation and death. I have a suspicion that I could talk Guy into become a very important part of the Abrupt Climate Change Center, and ONE LOVE. His expertise, not only in Abrupt Climate Change, and how it may affect Africa and The Globe, but also, as a Certified Grief Counselor, would be absolutely very valuable! B. PROPOSED SOLUTION TO THE TWO CRITICAL "ABRUPT CLIMATE CHANGE" DRIVEN NEEDS IN TANZANIA AND AFRICA:
ONE LOVE: Abrupt Climate Change Safe and Sustainable Communities providing A Humane Path Home, for Abrupt Climate Change Refugees
Proposed Structures: Octagonal Domes structures, easy assemble, extremely strong and with flexible floors, low cost. I actually assisted a client with a "Quick Set Up" version for Hurricane relief of what I have envisioned, due to their designs and my work with them. So A Universally Adaptable Octagonal Community, with Food Growing and Storage, Community Living Pods, Community Eating Pods, Operational and Utility Pods, etc. Is what I have envisioned, with as few parts, and few tools as possible needed, highly durable, Extreme Weather durable, flood, tropical cyclone / hurricane / typhoon of enormous power sustainable, modified for cultural and geographic needs, and abrupt climate change trends.
I was CFO/COO of a Specialty Parts Manufacturer for the Auto Parts Industries in Detroit, MI area out of college. I was hired to help turn the company around, and developed the Turn Around Strategic Plan for the company, and presented it to the court. I also negotiated all of the secured and unsecured creditor payment reductions and agreements. I designed a complete computerized quality control system for the company, along with a Complete Job Enrichment Program, with all job tasks, timing and tracking on a major board, for easy access. The Company developed strategic relationships with Asia manufacturing, which literally allowed the firm to import finished parts, at less than the cost of the raw steel! The Judge complimented me, stating that it was the best reorganization plan he had seen.
My family is from, and currently, lives in this area. My brother and his best friend could head up the manufacturing of ONE LOVE Communities in the Detroit, Windsor area, and I am very familiar with University of Michigan, and Northern Michigan schools, to advance ONE LOVE: Great Lakes, Now, while it is easily feasible. I anticipate a strategic ONE LOVE Thunder Bay Canada / US, and ONE LOVE UofM Ann Arbor, and ONE LOVE University of Toronto, ONE LOVE Nordic Countries, ONE LOVE New Zealand, and ONE LOVE Australia, as a major locations, for many strategic reasons.
I have written a great deal about ONE LOVE over the years on this site, having thought of the idea in April 2017, at Iberostar in Montego Bay, Jamaica, just before I called, "The Clathrate Gun Firing," "The Start of The Siberian Methane Release Diven Feedback Loop," and "The Beginning of The ERA of THE SUPER STORMS," July and August, 2017, respectfully. These extensive writings, proposals and ideas are primarily on The ONLY SOLUTIONS page, and the Conclusions pages. I will bring this information into the formal proposal, if Jane sees the vision, and if she can Run with the ONE LOVE Vision!
The two primary versions of these ONE LOVE communities are needed NOW, one due to Horrific Droughts in Tanzania, and the other due to Devastating SUPER STORMS, in Mozambique and Zimbabwe!

ONE LOVE: The Original Outline
I hope One Love can achieve the dreams of creating relatively "Sustainable Safe Havens," specialized in growing God's Miracle Drug(TM) and crafting paraphernalia; growing food in challenging areas; developing sea food hatcheries, farms and sanctuaries; and providing shelter for safety from rising sea levels, future super storms, and related climate and over population driven "hell on earth!"
The Canadian North American Headquarters for "One Love," is proposed to be the "Sustainable Safe Haven" on the shores of Lake Superior to house primarily indigenous Canadians, the GTLBX community, and immigrants from the islands, other disadvantaged groups may be allowed, based on a community vote. However, these are the primary target segments initially. The larger, the better, but focus initially, is critical. This facility will be the primary manufacturing facility for "One Love Pods," and the related linking component parts. The cannabis, food and other operational facilities will be housed in "One Love Pods," and all will be linked with living quarters pods. This will facilitate long-term living in very extreme conditions. The "Island Sustainable Safe Havens" are likely to take some type of pie shape, with the center at the top of the island main hill, and the base of the pie, a sea wall that is leeward to likely future super storms, that becomes a sea food sanctuary, and can be raised up to 100 feet plus. The walls along the pie going to the top of the hill will be deflectors, to deflect super storm winds away from the pods.
The logic is to develop the "Canadian One Love Safe Haven" and facilities first, "Canada One Love," for short, get them profitable and the concept and operations refined, and then develop "Jamaican One Love," followed by the "Haiti One Love." Easier to start with the areas of least problems, refine the design, and ultimately, enter Haiti, with its extreme political challenges. However, our sponsored girl, Woodeline, and boy, Olando, are from Haiti, and I already know who I want for the Haiti One Love Team! So Haiti is a big goal, but refining the idea, and getting it going with less challenges, will help us expand to Haiti, with greater success and a refined idea, for an extreme environment. The prayer is that I can get this dream to the point where I can launch this worthy venture, or to the point where I hand it off to an individual or group that can run with the idea.

I have a dream, Dr. King shared (click for speech), of a world where Negro slaves would be freed, and all people would be equal, as they are in God's eyes. He, and his dream, may have had more to do with changing the plight of slaves, than any other force.
I have had many nightmares since 1980 of a world ravaged by the insatiable, insane, evil greed of the world's Evil Money Monsters, Money Sluts and their Legions of Brainwashed and Brain Dead Lunatic supporters (EMM&MS&LL for short). These started when I sat in a year-long doctoral symposium in political economics as a sophomore at the University of Utah, this is a course essentially on how the EMM&MS&LL are insuring the death of billions and billions for their billions and billions. This was the same year I took a graduate symposium in economic demography, under a visiting professor from Stanford University, where my focus was on global aging and "The Limits to Growth!" The Limits to Growth of the world's population, global aging and political economics, applied to business and investment strategy, have been the primary focus of my career. Political economics, or the interests of the oil and war lords, what I call the Fossil Fuel MIC/WS (Military Industrial Complex, Wall Street) Kleptocratic Misogynist Bigoted Homophobe Transphobe Corporate Mercenary Controlled Fascist Racists, I argue, are the primary driving force to the global threat of abrupt climate change and over population, and why "It Is THE END!" I have had many difficult nights since starting this work in 1980, laying awake thinking of how I might stop the trashing of God's billions of people, trillions of species and amazing planet, for the insane greed of the billionaires - The Evil Money Monsters, Money Sluts and their Legions of Brainwashed and Brain Dead Lunatic Supporters (EMM&MS&LL for short)!
This dream that I had last week (4/19/17), I hope is the one that may actually come true - I hope - I pray please please please please!! As I believe it is now too late to save our species from extinction, those more fortunate can at least try to make the impending "hell on earth" less horrific for the least fortunate. "One Love God's Miracle Drug Specialists(TM) is all about this dream!
The rest of my work on this site is about explaining Why "It Is THE END" (see the page by this title); tracking the stage of advancement in abrupt climate change and over population (see Time Line, which is still being developed and needs revision), and the advancement of the sciences of climate change, over population, political economics, global aging, and the deflation of the global asset bubbles (see the page titled the current year 2017, 2016 was the first year), and how these Critical Driving Forces (see page by this title) are affecting "It Is THE END," and how to prepare your soul and yourselves for "It Is THE END!" (see the Spiritual Dimension and Planning Strategies pages). The Political Dimension page discusses my views on how political economic forces, those of the EMM&MS&LL, have in my opinion, insured that "It Is THE END," and why The Nordic Model was the only economic, political and social system that has succeeded on Planet Titanic in becoming sustainable. The Nordic Countries have, in my opinion, even achieved the much more difficult objective of becoming humane, and they are basically, the only countries to have achieved both sustainability and being humane to most of their people.
I have had a dream of how to mitigate these horrors of The Critical Driving Forces, notably climate change and over population, by creating a unique Peoples' Collective, non-profit venture (501(c)(3)), that I am calling "One Love - God's Miracle Drug Specialists(TM) to Help Climate Refugees!" With the massive advancements in the understanding of the multitude of amazing benefits of cannabis, including pain relief, and the host of benefits discussed in "Cannabis 101: An Introduction to Cannabinoids," including scientific proof that it is the only drug to cause cancer cells to kill themselves - without any significant negative side effects, and the ability of countries like Jamaica to grow this drug, and primarily, the repeal of the prohibition on cannabis in many states in the US, I argue that this has provided a unique venture opportunity.
One Love - God's Miracle Drug Specialists(TM) for the Benefit of Climate Refugees - I have a dream, which came to me smoking their excellent gift from God in Jamaica this week (4/19/17), is to create a People's Collective, through crowd funding, which specializes in growing cannabis that I have trade named - God's Miracle Drug(TM). The proceeds from selling God's Miracle Drug(TM), and related hand made paraphernalia, will be used to create relatively "safe havens" in Jamaica, then subsequent islands, Africa, etc., along with relatively "safe havens" in a place like the Canadian shores of Lake Superior and Lake Huron, New Zealand, Africa, etc., for Jamaican's and subsequent island people to migrate to, as their islands are destroyed by the ravages of climate change, over population, pollution, etc..

I have a dream, that through crowd funding of small amounts of money by the supporters of Bernie Sanders, Jill Stein, and enlightened and humane politics; potentially larger contributions by Elon Musk, The Gates Foundation, and other rich people that support reducing the coming "hell on earth," due to climate change and over population; potential funding by the climate and over population related scientists that have warned the world for over four decades now of the ravages of these massive extinction level risks; and by gifts from all of those that are concerned about the rapidly escalating climate and over population related horrors (sea level rise, super storms, etc.) now ravaging the islands and the world's low lying places, and scientifically we know for as certain as certain can be - super storms and massive sea level rise is just around the corner!!!! We can create a specialized company growing "God's Miracle Drug(TM)," to help fund a more humane future and humane ultimate demise of these people.
I have a dream, that "One Love God's Miracle Drug Specialists(TM)," will be a People's Collective, which is first established in US, as Jamaica still does not have legal cannabis. I have a dream that one of the leading producers of cannabis will provide managerial guidance, and hopefully funding, to establish a growing facility here in the US, likely next to their facilities, that will become the worldwide training center for "One Love," to train locals from these islands, Africa, etc. on how to develop and manage these cannabis growing facilities, to establish One Love as a viable and profitable venture, to better control the development of the collective, and the refinement of the design and other operational issues. I have a dream that Jamaica legalizes cannabis, and provides land and funding for facilities that will be constructed there. I have a dream that the Jamaican politicians will see this vision and provide significant support for "One Love." Prior to this time, Jamaican's will be trained in the US to run the facility in the US, preparing them to launch the Jamaican facility. If Jamaica does not legalize cannabis and provide support for this venture within two years of launching "One Love," then another island will be identified to launch this effort. The potential tax revenues from "One Love" should motivate Jamaica and other island nations, Africa, etc. to support "One Love," let alone the Love that they will be sharing with their people! I have a dream!
I have a dream that these proceeds will provide the funding to establish a "safe haven" on their island. My dream is to create a "piece of pie shaped region" (the protected area) on the island, with the tip of the pie near the top of the island, and the round bottom of the pie slice, being a sea wall, likely in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The bottom of the pie will be at the leeward side of the island, away from the likely direction of future super storms. Along the sides of the "slice of pie," will be wind deflectors, that help protect the facilities and island inhabitants during the coming super storms. In the protected area, will be One Love's cannabis and food growing facilities, water collection and waste facilities, renewable energy systems, medical facilities and living quarters. Cannabis will provide the most widely usable drug, with the least side effects, as the inhabitants are tortured and killed by the super storms and sea level rise, that is a result of the insatiable, insane and evil greed of the world's EMM&MS&LL! Plus, it will provide a potentially large income source, from which to develop these protected areas, and prepare for the coming "hell on earth," due to the EMM&MS&LL, mainly in the US, but around the world! I have a dream! I have a dream that Jamaica, and the other island people, African people, etc. embrace this future, and learn how to move into the protected areas, prior to the rise of the super storms, and that this will help them live out as decent of remaining lives, as they have remaining on Planet Titanic. I assisted a company in the latter eighties, as the key person spearheading technology based corporate development in the state of Utah, at the University of Utah Graduate School of Business SBDC, with a plan for an "octagonal shaped easy build low cost housing unit" for islands ravaged by storms. Octagon's are one of the strongest structures, and easy to construct. This discussion of a "hurricane resistant" Deltec home on the video above, gives you the basic logic. These One Love Pods, will be more utilitarian, and focused at hopefully surviving Hurricanes on the scale of 6 plus. Many futuristic and traditional design considerations, like on the Future by Design and the Hurricane House videos above, will be incorporated into building "One Love Peoples' Collective!" I just found this youtube video on the "Octagon Pre-fabricated building solution," which except for the shape needing to be an octagon and super strong, are what I have in mind. I have a dream, that these people will help us take their very utilitarian design, and make it capable of handling up to hurricane force 6 level winds! High functionality, efficiency, security, affordability and sustainability, will be driving design objectives.

Surely, with the current take over of the US by the EMM&MS, the US would not be a good choice. The Lake Superior shore of Canada is what I consider to be a strategically critical location for many reasons that I will detail on the One Love page. I have a dream that Iberostar, a great group of resorts that we stayed at on Montego Bay, will help fund "One Love" and the development of the sea wall and sea food sanctuary, as their resorts will directly benefit from these efforts, I have a dream. I have a dream that other wealthy people will reach out to "the needy" and help "One Love." I have a dream that Opra and Bill Mahr will feature One Love on their shows to help launch One Love. The Gates Foundation, Sir Richard Branson, and the other "good rich people," that they will reach out to help these very needy and deserving people. I have a dream that Sir Richard may allow us to develop "One Love Training Facilities" on Necker Island, to share this dream with those that visit his island, in hopes that both they and that he may become a major supporters, and that he will become a guiding light of "One Love."
I love the term "guiding lights" for those most fortunate in God's many gifts, as what I hope to establish to help lead One Love, versus a corporate board - God forbid. A group of "guiding lights," mostly from the island and impacted people, but also, from many of the people that I mention here, and others not mentioned, such as the billionaire pillow maker that is always on Robert Reich's shows. I have a dream that enlightened people like these, may help the people take control of their destinies, that the ruthless rich have handed them, and help them prepare for what most of us know is the coming "hell on earth," regardless of how long you think we have left. The longer, the more horrific, in my opinion. Dr. Guy McPherson, is considered by some to be an insane pessimist, as he thinks most of the species will be dead soon. I believe that we are sadly likely to suffer a 100 or so years of "hell on earth." As no one really knows, "One Love," is focused on helping the island people take control of their futures, to help insure that they are as "less horrific" as humanly possible!
I have a dream that Elton John, and the many top Gay artists, professionals, etc., along with the many fortunate transgender people (see Trans List, and Trans the Movie), will provide significant financial and other support to help the GTLBX people suffering in these island nations and other regions, like Africa, ravaged by climate change and over population. I have a dream that the GTLBX community will fund GTLBX pods, sufficient to house all of the GTLBX people threatened by climate change. I have a dream!
I just had the most amazing dream (4/25/17) that my favorite well known heros: Bill Mahar, Opra Winfry, Julia Roberts, Barbara Streisand, all of the islands musicians, artists, and those most fortunate, will combine together with the artists from around the world to host another "One Love" concert; which showcases a documentary on the plight of these people, due to now occurring abrupt climate change; and the vision of "One Love: God's Miracle Drug Specialists." I have a dream that this worldwide "One Love Day" will result in sufficient funding to build out the initial facilities, and really give One Love a chance to help millions of good people that do not deserve the "hell on earth" that they are facing. "One Love" has the potential to help millions of island and other people most threatened by the rising and likely soon to be horrific impacts of abrupt climate change and over population, I have a dream! I have a dream that these concerts will be held throughout the Caribbean, Africa, and other areas most threatened by abrupt climate change - NOW! AMAZING NEW ADDITION - 4/30/17 - Unbreakable: A Story of Hope and Healing in Haiti. Tracie and I went to the Chris Tomlin Concert last night, with many exceptional other artists of The God of Love - JC and the Sunshine Band! And we just had to sponsor another beautiful amazing young woman from Haiti, Woodeline. She is 15 years old and lives in the community of Derriere Savane. It states on the Food for the Hungry bio that she is in the 4 grade. Both the grade and age of these two children seem off, so I am going to check on this. However, as I told Tracie, my wife, this area is very challenged.

I have a dream that enlightened people like these, may help the people take control of their destinies, that the ruthless rich have handed them, and help them prepare for what most of us know is the coming "hell on earth," regardless of how long you think we have left. The longer, the more horrific, in my opinion. Dr. Guy McPherson, is considered by some to be an insane pessimist, as he thinks most of the species will be dead soon. I believe that we are sadly likely to suffer a 100 or so years of "hell on earth." I just had the most amazing dream (4/25/17) that my favorite well known heros: Bill Mahar, Opra Winfry, Julia Roberts, Barbara Streisand, all of the islands musicians, artists, and those most fortunate, will combine together with the artists from around the world to host another "One Love" concert; which showcases a documentary on the plight of these people, due to now occurring abrupt climate change; and the vision of "One Love: God's Miracle Drug Specialists." I have a dream that this worldwide "One Love Day" will result in sufficient funding to build out the initial facilities, and really give One Love a chance to help millions of good people that do not deserve the "hell on earth" that they are facing. "One Love" has the potential to help millions of island and other people most threatened by the rising and likely soon to be horrific impacts of abrupt climate change and over population, I have a dream! AMAZING NEW ADDITION - 4/30/17 - Unbreakable: A Story of Hope and Healing in Haiti. Tracie and I went to the Chris Tomlin Concert last night, with many exceptional other artists of The God of Love - JC and the Sunshine Band! And we just had to sponsor another beautiful amazing young woman from Haiti, Woodeline. She is 15 years old and lives in the community of Derriere Savane. It states on the Food for the Hungry bio that she is in the 4 grade. Both the grade and age of these two children seem off, so I am going to check on this. However, as I told Tracie, my wife, this area is very challenged.

This location, for many strategic reasons, is what I believe will be the primary location for the last major civilization in North America. I lived in Petoskey, MI, on Little Traverse Bay, in Northern Lower, MI; dated the daughter of the Chief of the Ottowa Tribe at Petoskey High; and went winter camping for a week on the tip of Northern Lower Michigan, near Isle Royal, just across from Thunder Bay, in very heavy snow, so I am well acclimated, and familiar with the area. The Great Lakes region, New Zealand, The Nordic Countries, and Antarctica (for Money Monsters) are likely to be the locations of the last survivors of the coming "hell on earth," by 2050. As a past Partner, in a Strategic Management firm headed by the author of "Creating Excellence," and having been the key research specialists of a technology development program, spearheading the market research, preparation and plan development for companies participating in Utah's annual Venture Capital Conference, and participants competing for Utah's Technology Grants and Awards, I am well versed on plan development and execution, by well defined financial milestones. Pot Pods will be built initially to make ONE LOVE sustainable. Top candidates from targeted communities will be chosen to launch ONE LOVE. Repeat the process until ONE LOVE Communities are developed in all likely "climate safe" geographic locations. God's will be done!
ONE LOVE ISLANDS: Depending on which Islands, Puerto Rico, St. John, BVIs, Haiti, Jamaica, Cuba, etc. offer to make "cannabis legal," and commit land and support to ONE LOVE, will determine which location we target initially.
ONE LOVE THE NORDIC WAY: Norway may become the New North Pole, based on some forecasts. However, Norway, Finland and Sweden are top picks. Sadly, Denmark, the most sustainable and humane society, may be hard hit, due to being very close to sea level. However, ONE LOVE THE NORDIC WAY, I trust will be the most sustainable and humane, as their countries are! Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden, I would just LOVE to launch ONE LOVE THE NORDIC WAY!
ONE LOVE NEW ZEALAND, although this may be the logical place to "bug out," as it is the furthest south, and Australia and New Zealand are "nuclear free," the qualifier is - the limited lakes and fresh water, remember, I expect oceans to be mostly radioactive by 2030-2050. I do highly recommend this as a personal and family "last survival" location, and ONE LOVE NEW ZEALAND would be one of my top priorities, if they "legalize cannabis" and provide us with land and some support to get started! Just love Fiordland! Plus, New Zeland, is a near Nordic Style country. I would just love to establish ONE LOVE NEW ZEALAND, please, Lord God, please, this is ideal!
ONE LOVE AFRICA, CHINA, INDIA and Other Communities will be established in the most "climate safe" communities in these geographic areas until these areas no longer support life. The "climate refugee" problems from Africa, China and India will be absolutely horrific, due to the large numbers of people, and the horrific "abrupt climate change" effects, such as the melting glaciers rapidly decreasing fresh water supply; while rising sea levels threaten their rice growing and farming, which is mostly below sea level.
ONE LOVE NORDIC REHAB FACILITIES (prisons), I propose, using the same basic model. Workers, Management, and Prison Inmates could end up colleagues, like THE NORDIC MODEL Rehabilitation facilities! All Facility colleagues (management, workers and inmates) could leave prison, capable of starting ONE LOVE Communities with all of their colleagues from their "NORDIC STYLE Rehabilitation Community!" I'll bet you can find many people in US prisons that know how to grow pot and food! Talk about ideal ONE LOVE Communities!
ONE LOVE MILITARY & POLICE: Former military and police, that have risked their lives for our "lack of freedoms," due to the Evil Greed of The Evil Beasts, not due to their intentions, I propose to combine with ONE LOVE Rehab Facilities, to develop what will become the core of ONE LOVE Communities Security and Protection skills, not to mention, growing pot, food, and surviving "hell on earth." If Prime Minister Trudeau could see the vision of "One Love Canada's" potential to become a major vehicle to assist with Canada's rising climate refugee problem, and support this project, that would be "a miracle!" It would represent my life's "Dream Come True - My Father - I pray that Prime Minister Trudeau and Richard Branson will see Your Vision and Launch "One Love Canada!"" A gift of a large plot of land, preferably with many small lakes, and on the shores of Lake Superior, coupled with funding to help build out the cannabis manufacturing facilities, indoor and outdoor sustainable food growing programs, fish farming and fish hatchery facilities, and octagonal living and operation sustainable living pods. "One Loves" student training facility, will train the indigenous and island people, and all those in the bottom 25% of those in poverty, in ways to mitigate the coming climate related challenges, and mitigate their plights.
"This Amazing Sustainable Humane Canadian Climate Refugee Community" could be launched on Canada Day 2018, when Canada becomes the first country to legalize cannabis. What a Global Example of what a "Humane Sustainable Community for Climate Refugees" has the potential to be - - - versus the US version being developed, FEMA Camps and The Wall!
Talk about a vision for solving a meaningful portion of your indigenous problems around Satin King Charlie Koch's Canadian tar sands! Not to mention, the indigenous problems in the Arctic region and elsewhere! With roughly $50 million, we could get the "One Love: God's Miracle Drug" facility launched, along with most, if not, all of the other facilities. The phases will be to: 1) create the cannabis growing facilities and cannabis paraphernalia programs, along with the workers facilities, and bring them to profitability; 2) expand the housing pods and infrastructure (medical facilities, dining pod, food storage and drying pods, expand the solar and wind generating capabilities - One Love will be completely run by renewable eneries, etc.), along with the indoor and outdoor food growing facilities; 3) develop the fish hatchery facility, when this is successful, develop the fish farming facilities; 4) prepare for expansion to "One Love Haiti," and "One Love Jamaica." The objective is to use the cannabis growing facilities to provide all ongoing funding to run "One Love!" The fish hatchery and farming, coupled with the indoor and outdoor food growing programs, will mitigate the funding needed significantly. It is anticipated that these facilities, even in the islands, will be largely filled with the target populations at all times, plus be designed to be capable of expanding the population in the One Love Communities greatly, during hurricanes, massive storms, and heavy winters.
During my work at the UofU, I assisted a company with the development of "octagonal pods," which were low cost, temporary and modular, for hurricane thrashed island people to deploy "after" a hurricane. This work, expands on these peoples work, but with the idea of making these "One Love Humane Survivable Living Pods," capable of handling Category 5 or even 6 hurricanes. Therefore "One Love Pods" will be metal frame structures, with thick wood panels, and cement footings deep into the ground. The three primary components: the pods for living, operation and storage facilities; the tubes for food and fish growing and hatchery facilities; and the linking tubes. The strategy is to be able to live over horrific winters inside in "One Love Canada," or during long hurricanes and recovery periods, for "One Love Jamaica," and "One Love Haiti." Metal frame structures are the strongest on the planet, except in the US during Republican Administrations, for some reason! The modular nature of this idea, unlike the "pop up version" of my prior clients, would allow the "pieces to be boxed" into these three types of pod components. The wood panels would be capable of being manufactured on the islands, reducing building costs. Plus, the modular structure, which will bolt together, can be constructed by low skilled workers living at "One Love," further reducing costs.
Plus, I will run the whole program for you! The three requirements that I have for "One Love:" are that 1) The "climate refugees" OWN "One Love!" It is gifted to THEM! To where no matter what political changes happen, it is there property, buildings, cannabis growing companies, etc., 2) The indigenous, island people and transgender people receive top selection priority - roughly 50% of the "One Love" population; second priority going to the GTLBXQ community, equal with the homeless and destitute poor from Canada - 30%% of the "One Love" population; along with African, Muslim, Middle East, Eastern Block, Latin and South American, etc. Canadian refugees, and those seriously seeking to give their souls to God with criminal records; and third priority are the poor and unemployed in Canada - 20% of "One Love" population! The 3rd, and final requirement, is that "One Love" not only is owned by these climate refugees, they and theirs are the ones that run "One Love." NO Government or Corporate control of the board! Only advisory committees, no control from the outside world! These are my only requirements!
You might ask, why the priority? Because, in my view, these are God's least fortunate that have been thrashed as a group the most by climate change already, and they surely will continue to be in the future. Plus, in a general way, they have chosen "The Logical God of Love," over the trappings of the Evil Money Monsters and Evil Money Sluts! Although all of God's Least Fortunate, are equal in God's eyes. These are the groups that have touched my heart the most! We hope to help all of God's Least Fortunate, we have to start somewhere. God does not have a "chosen people," He only has "people that chose His Love, over the trappings of Evil King Satin: the insatiable, Insane, Evil Greed for Money, Power and Sex!"

Having spearheaded the University of Utah, Graduate School of Business, SBDC, program for expanding Utah's high technology, and growth companies from 1988-1992, I am very familiar with launching and expanding "One Love." If someone with funding wanted to open up "One Love" in the US, my suggested place is on the NW corner of Lake Superior, on the US / Canada border, as this is where there is not only Lake Superior, there are a large number of inland lakes, wild life, forests, etc., making this a perfect location to launch "One Love." Plus, a major focus of "One Love" are the indigenous people of Canada. This is a perfect place to really set up a massive "One Love" facility NOW, before "hell on earth" arrives. Only one problem, I trust that raising the funding may not be possible until "hell on earth" arrives!

This location, for many strategic reasons, is what I believe will be the primary location for the last major civilization in North America. I lived in Petoskey, MI, on Little Traverse Bay, in Northern Lower, MI; dated the daughter of the Chief of the Ottowa Tribe at Petoskey High; and went winter camping for a week on the tip of Northern Lower Michigan, near Isle Royal, just across from Thunder Bay, in very heavy snow, so I am well acclimated, and familiar with the area. The Great Lakes region, New Zealand, The Nordic Countries, and Antarctica (for Money Monsters) are likely to be the locations of the last survivors of the coming "hell on earth," by 2050. ONE LOVE ISLANDS: Depending on which Islands, Puerto Rico, St. John, BVIs, Haiti, Jamaica, Cuba, etc. offer to make "cannabis legal," and commit land and support to ONE LOVE, will determine which location we target initially.
ONE LOVE THE NORDIC WAY: Norway may become the New North Pole, based on some forecasts. However, Norway, Finland and Sweden are top picks. Sadly, Denmark, the most sustainable and humane society, may be hard hit, due to being very close to sea level. However, ONE LOVE THE NORDIC WAY, I trust will be the most sustainable and humane, as their countries are! Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden, I would just LOVE to launch ONE LOVE THE NORDIC WAY!
ONE LOVE NEW ZEALAND, although this may be the logical place to "bug out," as it is the furthest south, and Australia and New Zealand are "nuclear free," the qualifier is - the limited lakes and fresh water, remember, I expect oceans to be mostly radioactive by 2030-2050. I do highly recommend this as a personal and family "last survival" location, and ONE LOVE NEW ZEALAND would be one of my top priorities, if they "legalize cannabis" and provide us with land and some support to get started! Just love Fiordland! Plus, New Zeland, is a near Nordic Style country. I would just love to establish ONE LOVE NEW ZEALAND, please, Lord God, please, this is ideal!
ONE LOVE AFRICA, CHINA, INDIA and Other Communities will be established in the most "climate safe" communities in these geographic areas until these areas no longer support life. The "climate refugee" problems from Africa, China and India will be absolutely horrific, due to the large numbers of people, and the horrific "abrupt climate change" effects, such as the melting glaciers rapidly decreasing fresh water supply; while rising sea levels threaten their rice growing and farming, which is mostly below sea level.
ONE LOVE NORDIC REHAB FACILITIES (prisons), I propose, using the same basic model. Workers, Management, and Prison Inmates could end up colleagues, like THE NORDIC MODEL Rehabilitation facilities! All Facility colleagues (management, workers and inmates) could leave prison, capable of starting ONE LOVE Communities with all of their colleagues from their "NORDIC STYLE Rehabilitation Community!" I'll bet you can find many people in US prisons that know how to grow pot and food! Talk about ideal ONE LOVE Communities!
ONE LOVE MILITARY & POLICE: Former military and police, that have risked their lives for our "lack of freedoms," due to the Evil Greed of The Evil Beasts, not due to their intentions, I propose to combine with ONE LOVE Rehab Facilities, to develop what will become the core of ONE LOVE Communities Security and Protection skills, not to mention, growing pot, food, and surviving "hell on earth." If Prime Minister Trudeau could see the vision of "One Love Canada's" potential to become a major vehicle to assist with Canada's rising climate refugee problem, and support this project, that would be "a miracle!" It would represent my life's "Dream Come True - My Father - I pray that Prime Minister Trudeau and Richard Branson will see Your Vision and Launch "One Love Canada!"" A gift of a large plot of land, preferably with many small lakes, and on the shores of Lake Superior, coupled with funding to help build out the cannabis manufacturing facilities, indoor and outdoor sustainable food growing programs, fish farming and fish hatchery facilities, and octagonal living and operation sustainable living pods. "One Loves" student training facility, will train the indigenous and island people, and all those in the bottom 25% of those in poverty, in ways to mitigate the coming climate related challenges, and mitigate their plights.
"This Amazing Sustainable Humane Canadian Climate Refugee Community" could be launched on Canada Day 2018, when Canada becomes the first country to legalize cannabis. What a Global Example of what a "Humane Sustainable Community for Climate Refugees" has the potential to be - - - versus the US version being developed, FEMA Camps and The Wall!
Talk about a vision for solving a meaningful portion of your indigenous problems around Satin King Charlie Koch's Canadian tar sands! Not to mention, the indigenous problems in the Arctic region and elsewhere! With roughly $50 million, we could get the "One Love: God's Miracle Drug" facility launched, along with most, if not, all of the other facilities. The phases will be to: 1) create the cannabis growing facilities and cannabis paraphernalia programs, along with the workers facilities, and bring them to profitability; 2) expand the housing pods and infrastructure (medical facilities, dining pod, food storage and drying pods, expand the solar and wind generating capabilities - One Love will be completely run by renewable eneries, etc.), along with the indoor and outdoor food growing facilities; 3) develop the fish hatchery facility, when this is successful, develop the fish farming facilities; 4) prepare for expansion to "One Love Haiti," and "One Love Jamaica." The objective is to use the cannabis growing facilities to provide all ongoing funding to run "One Love!" The fish hatchery and farming, coupled with the indoor and outdoor food growing programs, will mitigate the funding needed significantly. It is anticipated that these facilities, even in the islands, will be largely filled with the target populations at all times, plus be designed to be capable of expanding the population in the One Love Communities greatly, during hurricanes, massive storms, and heavy winters.
During my work at the UofU, I assisted a company with the development of "octagonal pods," which were low cost, temporary and modular, for hurricane thrashed island people to deploy "after" a hurricane. This work, expands on these peoples work, but with the idea of making these "One Love Humane Survivable Living Pods," capable of handling Category 5 or even 6 hurricanes. Therefore "One Love Pods" will be metal frame structures, with thick wood panels, and cement footings deep into the ground. The three primary components: the pods for living, operation and storage facilities; the tubes for food and fish growing and hatchery facilities; and the linking tubes. The strategy is to be able to live over horrific winters inside in "One Love Canada," or during long hurricanes and recovery periods, for "One Love Jamaica," and "One Love Haiti." Metal frame structures are the strongest on the planet, except in the US during Republican Administrations, for some reason! The modular nature of this idea, unlike the "pop up version" of my prior clients, would allow the "pieces to be boxed" into these three types of pod components. The wood panels would be capable of being manufactured on the islands, reducing building costs. Plus, the modular structure, which will bolt together, can be constructed by low skilled workers living at "One Love," further reducing costs.
Plus, I will run the whole program for you! The three requirements that I have for "One Love:" are that 1) The "climate refugees" OWN "One Love!" It is gifted to THEM! To where no matter what political changes happen, it is there property, buildings, cannabis growing companies, etc., 2) The indigenous, island people and transgender people receive top selection priority - roughly 50% of the "One Love" population; second priority going to the GTLBXQ community, equal with the homeless and destitute poor from Canada - 30%% of the "One Love" population; along with African, Muslim, Middle East, Eastern Block, Latin and South American, etc. Canadian refugees, and those seriously seeking to give their souls to God with criminal records; and third priority are the poor and unemployed in Canada - 20% of "One Love" population! The 3rd, and final requirement, is that "One Love" not only is owned by these climate refugees, they and theirs are the ones that run "One Love." NO Government or Corporate control of the board! Only advisory committees, no control from the outside world! These are my only requirements!
You might ask, why the priority? Because, in my view, these are God's least fortunate that have been thrashed as a group the most by climate change already, and they surely will continue to be in the future. Plus, in a general way, they have chosen "The Logical God of Love," over the trappings of the Evil Money Monsters and Evil Money Sluts! Although all of God's Least Fortunate, are equal in God's eyes. These are the groups that have touched my heart the most! We hope to help all of God's Least Fortunate, we have to start somewhere. God does not have a "chosen people," He only has "people that chose His Love, over the trappings of Evil King Satin: the insatiable, Insane, Evil Greed for Money, Power and Sex!"

So my depth and breath of experiences for launching and expanding "One Love" are significant and meaningful. Believe me, I know how to make the "One Love" launch and expansion a massive success by utilizing Canada's brightest and best. I did it in Utah, Love to do it in Canada with "One Love!"
Plus, it will fulfill my spiritual commitment to "The ONE!" - - "The ONE LOVE!"

Prime Minister Trudeau and Richard, you guys could start a "massive global movement" to establish humane "One Love" communities around the world, that would limit the ongoing, and likely terminal rise of horrific climate change on "God's least fortunate," versus the Evil US FEMA Camp version being developed for decades, and now The Wall! You could not only help millions to billions of "Gods least fortunate climate refugees" live out a humane ending, you may just win the Nobel Prize. Not only could we launch this on Canada Day 2018, we could invite Bernie Sanders, Jill Stein and your top supporters to the opening. We could raise more funding, by having Bernie Sanders and Jill Stein, join us on Opra, to raise funds for "One Love US" to be based on the NW corner of Lake Superior on the US side. It may be that we want to locate these facilities on the US/Canada border, but further analysis is required before a final decision. Surely the US version would be on the Canadian border of Lake Superior for many strategic reasons.

If someone with funding wanted to open up "One Love" in the US, my suggested place is on the NW corner of Lake Superior, on the US / Canada border, as this is where there is not only Lake Superior, there are a large number of inland lakes, wild life, forests, etc., making this a perfect location to launch "One Love." Plus, a major focus of "One Love" are the indigenous people of Canada. This is a perfect place to really set up a massive "One Love" facility NOW, before "hell on earth" arrives. Only one problem, I trust that raising the funding may not be possible until "hell on earth" arrives!
I anticipate that by six years, we should be seeing Category 6 hurricanes trashing the planet, so it may be easier to "crowd fund" the One Love idea. However, the political environment today, and the currently less horrific impacts of climate change in developed market economies, do not seem to be causing much movement towards these ideas, to be polite. The anti-climate change environment has always, and even more now, is resulting in personal and financial harm to those that do seek to warn the world about the risks of Abrupt Climate Change, Peak Energy, Over Population, and "It Is THE END!" God what a planet of Satinistic Evil Money Monsters, Evil Money Sluts, and their Legions of Brainwashed and Brain Dead Lunatic Supporters! May God have mercy on our souls!
